Gerald E. Lee II is a degreed graduate of Southwestern Christian College with an Associate of Arts in 2001. Gerald E. Lee II completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University in 2004. Gerald E. Lee II has served at his former alma mater of Southwestern Christian College as assistant to the Director of development. Having worked in marketing for various banks and security firms, he now serves this firm to help facilitate growth.

Tonya D. Lee
Joined the team January 1, 2010, serving as the General Office Manager. She is responsible for keeping continuity in the daily operations of the Company. In addition to recording, tracking & paying all out going expenses and accounts, she is responsible for ensuring the active and current status of G. Lee & Associates with the Texas Counseling Association, the Texas Workforce Commission, and all applicable State & Federal laws.
Mrs. Lee manages the Human Resource area for employees and monitors Client Services and Relations. Her education, experience and people skills have been easily redirected to another form of Professional Care Giving.
Prior to G. Lee & Associates, she invested 20 years in the Funeral Service Profession. Mrs. Lee is a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer for the state of Texas. Her history includes 8 years as Personnel Director of Evergreen Funeral Home located in Dallas, TX
Dawn R. Winrow
Dawn Winrow completed her Associate’s of Science degree from Southwestern Christian College in 1998 graduating as Valedictorian. From there she attended Oklahoma Christian University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2000.
Focused on the psychological principals of adult learning, Dawn has worked for nearly a decade in a corporate training capacity; specializing in facilitation and instructional curriculum development for soft- skills and industry-specific training.
Dawn joined G. Lee and Associates as the Director for the Batterer Intervention and Prevention Program (S.U.R.V.). This program promotes a structured psycho-educational learning environment for offenders, while offering support and resources to the victims of family violence. Additionally, Dawn is responsible for continued education training on behalf of G. Lee and Associates for licensed and community professionals working towards the end of domestic violence.
